Denise Thompson helps organizations and people reach their full potential by combining her years of business leadership experience along with her desire to help people reach their full potential.

Her background and experience bring a layered insight and clarity to business challenges helping clients through the process of getting unstuck and laser focused on what their key objectives are.

As the SVP and General Manager for SPG Solar, she learned how to manage a team of 12 in Product Engineering & Design, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain & Logistics while growing the business to over 100 million in sales manufacturing and delivering PV solar systems both domestically and internationally.

As a personal coach, she helps her clients:

• Build your business beyond what you thought possible and enjoy the ride!
• Create a team and a strategy, build consensus and take action.
• Follow through, be accountable and stay on track.
• Take some time for yourself without risking your business momentum.
• Live with a purpose, drive and energy that inspires everyone around you.
• Have a process in place.
• Ask how you’re going to streamline and scale?
• Most people are employees and making the jump to self-employment can be overwhelming
• Ask yourself 3 questions -Why is this important to me? What will this dream mean to me? What will not be going for this dream mean to me? (what’s the awesome & suck)
• Because of busy living- the older we get the dream becomes a whisper
• Denise says it’s important to pause- stop and really think about what you want to do
• People get stalled in the execution and implementation
• Avoid self-doubt
• Recognize the value in letting people help you (employees)
• You can ignore a dream or ignite- you choose
• Don’t wait for passion-sometimes the doing leads to passion
• Take baby steps on an idea if you can’t leave your job
• Having a mentor is important- someone you can lean on when you’re struggling
• Watching a new & younger generation for inspiration can help ignite your passion
